For prospective members
Membership & Business
Armada Club is the world's first private members club offering access to a curated fleet of superyachts for dining, business meetings, and wellness. Members do not own or charter the yachts — they access them as venues for private experiences.
Individual membership is for personal use — private dining, wellness, and entertaining guests onboard. Business membership is designed for companies and executives who want to use the fleet for corporate hospitality, board meetings, investor days, client entertainment, and off-site retreats. Business members receive priority access to larger vessels with dedicated meeting spaces, AV facilities, and full-service catering. Both membership types include concierge management of every experience from first enquiry to on-board delivery.
Business members use the fleet for confidential board meetings at anchor, investor presentations, executive retreats, client entertainment, team off-sites, and product launches. The yacht provides complete privacy with no external access, no public space, and no digital trail. Catering, AV, and logistics are managed by the Armada concierge team. Many businesses find that the setting transforms the quality of conversation and decision-making — it is not simply a venue, it is a competitive advantage.
No. Armada Club is not charter. Members access yachts at berth or anchor as private venues — the yacht does not sail with passengers for reward. There is no passenger certification required, no commercial registration triggered, and no LY3 or REG Code classification involved. The yacht remains stationary, and experiences are hosted as private, invitation-only hospitality.
Membership is by invitation or referral only. There is no public application. Every candidate is introduced before vetting begins, and all members and guests complete KYC and AML screening. Candidates are reviewed by a membership board comprising yacht owners and senior figures from the yachting industry. Founding member applications open in summer 2026, with membership commencing September 2026.
Armada operates across a summer and winter circuit. Summer destinations include Monaco, Cannes, Sardinia (Porto Cervo), Amalfi Coast, Ibiza, Greek Islands (Mykonos & Santorini), and Antibes. Winter destinations include Palm Beach (USA), St Barths, Dubai, Bahamas, Maldives, and the British Virgin Islands. The fleet is positioned across these locations seasonally.
Experiences range from private breakfast meetings and working lunches to chef's tasting dinners, wellness sessions (cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, spa treatments, yoga), cocktail receptions, and full-day corporate events. Experiences can last from one hour for a business meeting to a full evening for a private dinner. Every experience is concierge-managed with menus, manifests, and logistics arranged in advance.
Privacy is fundamental to Armada Club. There is no public membership roster, no visible arrivals, and no digital trail. The fleet is never published — no yacht is publicly identified. Vessels exist only within the encrypted member platform, visible only to verified members. Every crew member operating within an Armada experience is bound by confidentiality agreements. Scheduling, availability, and vessel details are held within the secure Armada app.
Membership fees are disclosed during the application process. Armada offers founding individual and founding business membership tiers, each with different access levels and pricing. A limited number of founding memberships are available at preferential rates. Express interest via the enquiry form to receive full details.
Yes. Business membership is specifically designed for corporate hospitality. You can host client dinners, prospect meetings, partner events, and investor presentations on board. The concierge team manages every detail including catering, wine selection, dietary requirements, security protocols, and NDAs where required. Many members find that the quality of the venue and service significantly elevates their client relationships.
Fleet onboarding
For Yacht Owners
Yacht owners or management companies can register their vessel for consideration. Every yacht is evaluated across five criteria: size and layout (minimum 30m), chef and galley capability, crew and service standards, amenities and facilities, and overall condition. Vessels over 8 years from build require recent refit documentation. Once accepted, the owner sets their own availability around their private and charter calendar.
No. Armada experiences are hosted as private, invitation-only hospitality while the yacht remains at berth or anchor. No passengers are carried for reward in the charter sense. For privately registered yachts, nothing changes about your existing registration, insurance, or operating certificate. Commercially registered yachts slot Armada bookings into gaps between charter, generating additional revenue from dates that would otherwise be idle.
90% of every experience booking goes directly to the yacht. Armada retains a 10% platform fee. 25% crew gratuity is included as standard in every booking. Founding fleet owners receive a reduced platform fee for the first year, priority scheduling, and complimentary founding membership giving access to every other vessel in the fleet as a guest.
Yes. Owners approve or decline every request. Your charter calendar and private schedule remain unchanged — Armada books only around confirmed owner dates. You retain full control over who comes on board and when.
Armada experiences generate direct income for crew during quiet periods. 25% gratuity is included as standard. Senior crew report that hosting small, private experiences builds service standards faster than a full charter week. Armada is also developing a bonus scheme for chefs with exceptional member feedback, and working with fleet owners to support crew maternity and paternity leave provisions.
No. Armada takes no commission on any sale or charter that results from a member introduction. All leads are passed directly to your broker or central agent with the relationship intact. Armada's role ends where theirs begins.
For partners
Partnerships & Referrals
Partners refer individuals or businesses for Armada membership. When a referred candidate is admitted and pays their joining fee, commission is released to the referring partner. The commission structure is 25% of the founding joining fee for both individual and business referrals. There are no fees to become a referral partner.
No. Brokers and partners retain all existing relationships and fee structures. Armada sits alongside existing business — it operates outside the charter and sales market, creating revenue that did not previously exist. No conflict, no competition.
Armada works with yacht brokerages, private aviation companies, luxury automotive brands, fine art advisors, prime real estate agents, private banks and wealth managers, family offices, established members clubs, luxury brands and maisons, concierge and lifestyle management firms, shipyards and naval architects, and security and intelligence consultancies.
Yes. Armada does not contact referred prospects directly without the referring partner involved. Your client relationship is fully preserved. Any charter or sale interest that develops from a member introduction is passed directly back to you with no commission taken by Armada.
Armada works with a select number of partners in each category and location. If you represent a brokerage house, family office, or complementary luxury business, submit an enquiry to discuss partnership fit.
