1. About Armada Club

Armada Club Ltd (“Armada Club”, “the Club”, “we”, “us”) is a private members’ club registered in England and Wales. The Club provides its members with access to a curated fleet of superyachts for private dining, wellness, and business experiences.

2. Website Use

By accessing this website you agree to these terms. This website is for informational purposes. It does not constitute an offer of membership or an invitation to invest.

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of Armada Club Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

3. Membership

Membership of Armada Club is by invitation or application only. All applications are subject to:

• Approval by the Armada Club membership committee
• Satisfactory completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks
• Payment of the applicable joining fee and annual subscription

Armada Club reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

4. Membership Fees

Membership fees are published separately and may be updated from time to time. Joining fees are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions are due on the anniversary of membership commencement.

5. Experiences & Bookings

• All experiences are subject to availability
• Experience prices shown are minimums; final cost depends on number of guests (maximum 6 per booking), menu selection, wine and spirits, dietary requirements, and special requests
• Cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking
• Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests
• The captain of each yacht retains final approval over all guest lists

6. Member Conduct

Members and their guests are expected to:

• Respect the privacy of other members, yacht owners, and crew
• Treat all crew and staff with courtesy and respect
• Follow all safety instructions from the captain and crew
• Not photograph or share images of other members or crew without consent
• Not engage in any illegal activity on board

Armada Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for breach of these standards.

7. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By applying for or maintaining membership, you consent to the KYC and verification processes described therein.

8. Liability

Armada Club acts as a platform connecting members with yacht experiences. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure safety, quality, and compliance:

• Yacht owners are responsible for the seaworthiness and condition of their vessels
• Armada Club maintains appropriate insurance coverage
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law
• We are not liable for third-party services, weather, or force majeure events

9. Intellectual Property

The Armada Club name, logo, branding, and all website content are the intellectual property of Armada Club Ltd. The “A” monogram and yacht silhouette device are trademarks of Armada Club Ltd.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
