For yacht owners

A new way to use your yacht.

Armada offers owners another way to make use of their yacht, complementing a broader charter programme. By joining the fleet, owners can unlock additional revenue through carefully managed, short-format experiences, while retaining full control over when and how the yacht is made available.

Beyond revenue, the club creates a direct pathway to future charters and introduces the yacht to a new audience in a more natural, considered way.

Extend how you use your yacht

Owners who join the fleet receive complimentary Armada membership, giving access to dine, meet or unwind on other yachts across the network, based on availability and always at the discretion of the owner.

Your yacht, part of a wider network

By joining the fleet, your yacht becomes part of a carefully managed programme of private experiences, introducing it to a qualified audience while running alongside sales and charter activity. All participation remains fully under your control, with the right to accept or refuse any booking.

You set the availability

Your charter calendar and private schedule remain unchanged. Armada books only around confirmed dates.

Members book an experience

A dinner, meeting, or wellness session. The yacht stays at berth or anchor. No passenger certification required.

Revenue flows directly

90% of every booking goes to the yacht. 25% crew gratuity included. Armada retains a 10% platform fee.

Supported by the club.

A 24-hour concierge and helpdesk manage guest coordination, manifests, operational planning and last-minute requests, helping everything run as it should.

Armada experiences generate direct income for crew during otherwise quiet periods. We believe the best crew deserve long-term support, not just seasonal contracts.

Maternity & paternity support

Armada is working with owners to support crew maternity and paternity leave provisions across the fleet.

Industry

Armada does not compete with any existing part of the superyacht ecosystem. It creates a new revenue layer that works alongside brokerage, management, and charter.

Brokers

Charter and sales relationships remain unchanged. Armada operates only on idle days and can serve as a showcase for prospective buyers and charter clients.

Shipyards

Refit and new-build schedules are unaffected. Armada creates a reason to invest in galley, wellness, and interior upgrades that generate return.

Interior and exterior design directly shapes the member experience. Well-designed yachts attract higher demand within the Armada platform.

Existing management structures stay in place. Armada coordinates scheduling, member vetting, and experience delivery alongside the management team.

This summer marks the beginning of something new. Armada’s pilot programme is underway — yachts are onboarding now, and founding members will be the first through the gangway when experiences begin in September.
