For yacht owners
Armada offers owners another way to make use of their yacht, complementing a broader charter programme. By joining the fleet, owners can unlock additional revenue through carefully managed, short-format experiences, while retaining full control over when and how the yacht is made available.
Beyond revenue, the club creates a direct pathway to future charters and introduces the yacht to a new audience in a more natural, considered way.
Owners who join the fleet receive complimentary Armada membership, giving access to dine, meet or unwind on other yachts across the network, based on availability and always at the discretion of the owner.
By joining the fleet, your yacht becomes part of a carefully managed programme of private experiences, introducing it to a qualified audience while running alongside sales and charter activity. All participation remains fully under your control, with the right to accept or refuse any booking.
Short-format bookings create an additional income stream, while also offering a natural introduction to potential future charter clients.

“As an owner, the complimentary membership is equally appealing — it gives me the freedom to dine on other yachts. The vetting process means we can feel confident in the community.”
Armin Dressler — Owner, MY Imladris

Armada experiences generate direct income for crew during otherwise quiet periods. We believe the best crew deserve long-term support, not just seasonal contracts.

“From a crew perspective, this is a good way to improve service and train greener crew without the pressure of a full charter week. Extra revenue for the crew and yacht.”

Industry
Armada does not compete with any existing part of the superyacht ecosystem. It creates a new revenue layer that works alongside brokerage, management, and charter.
Charter and sales relationships remain unchanged. Armada operates only on idle days and can serve as a showcase for prospective buyers and charter clients.
Refit and new-build schedules are unaffected. Armada creates a reason to invest in galley, wellness, and interior upgrades that generate return.
Interior and exterior design directly shapes the member experience. Well-designed yachts attract higher demand within the Armada platform.
Existing management structures stay in place. Armada coordinates scheduling, member vetting, and experience delivery alongside the management team.
What the industry is saying
“The legal framework is sound. Static use avoids the regulatory triggers associated with charter, and the model sits comfortably within existing maritime law.”
Alex Teji — Partner, Teji Cowie (Superyacht Law)
“I see this as a purely positive development for the industry. It will introduce new prospects to the yachting lifestyle and cultivate the next generation of owners and charterers.”
Jan-Jaap Minnema — Senior Sales Broker, Fraser Yachts
“As an owner’s representative, I see real value in the model. It provides structured, high-quality experiences without disrupting the owner’s use of their vessel.”
Kira-Karina Brahmst-Hentschel — Owner’s Rep, ANIMA II & Spirit Yachts
